Data/Reports Analysis Manager

Hello my name is Elvira Cruz and I am the Data/ Reports Analysis manager for The Hope Agency/ SPARK. My role as a Data/ Report Analysis manager is to take notes during FYSPRT meetings, webinars hosted, zoom calls, and group meetings on important information or changes happening within services, programs, plans, updates, and any comments or opinions providers have about any information given. I also make sure that I keep all data organized and clean to then go over with my team and add any comments or opinions that we can mention in a future meeting with providers. I also gather all information on data from all meetings notes together and write reports on the data collected for future purposes and for future programs that can help those taking services that face challenges. My future goals for the position of Data/ Report Analysis manager is to learn more on note taking and learn how to write all types of reports that will be important for the State, also become a fluent writer and have the experience that can help me become successful in the future.
